When Cesar and I started looking into the possibility of buying our first home, we knew we would need someone who would not only be able to guide us the whole way, but also would be trustworthy, patient and professional. Both of our parents had had unfortunate situations with the realtors that had helped them buying their respective homes and therefore were not able to have them refer any realtors to us.

We had spoken to a few realtors before, but neither one of us had felt entirely comfortable with any of them. We discovered realtor Julian Munoz’s website (JulianSellsHomes.Net) while were looking online for realtor in the Burbank area. His webpage was very informative so we decided to call him. The first thing that struck us was that Julian asked us several questions regarding exactly what we were looking for, our price range, time frame, etc. Right away we could tell that his focus was in helping us find exactly what we wanted.

As a young couple this was a major step in our lives, and we were very excited but also nervous and scared about the whole process. We were not at all familiar with the process of buying a home and needed a lot of hand-holding. We also had an extremely limited price range for the home, which was even more limited when it came to down payment and closing costs, I was also a few months from starting Law School and this added the pressure of time to the mix, as I knew that I would not be able to be concerned with looking for a home during my first year of law school.

We explained all this to Julian during our first meeting and from his demeanor we knew he was the right person for us. After looking at several condominiums in the valley he found a place that was actually below our budget and was just the right size and feel for us.

During the financing process we encountered a few snags with our financing company. Since timing was so important to us , Julian went out of his way to make sure that these issues would not push back the date of the closing and made sure that everything was cleared up right away. The seller’s realtor was not very available during most of the transaction, which could of have potentially really delayed the closing date. Julian however, took care of everything; he made several trips out to the condominium to let in inspectors and appraisers so that this could be done as quickly as possible. It was due to Julian; efforts that we were actually able to close a few days before the scheduled date.

We were so impressed with Julian’s service, knowledge, diligence, responsiveness to our needs, and commitment and ability to get things done, we referred my brother to him when he began looking for a home for him and his family.

I must also say that Julian is a very amiable person; He is genuinely warm and friendly, with a great sense of humor, fine intelligence, and very personable demeanor. For all the reasons above, I am thrilled to recommend realtor Julian Munoz in the strongest possible terms and without reservation.
