Is the Slump Over?

Looks like the market has finally adjusted, prices are basically flat, Buyers and Sellers might be on the same page on where values should be due to the slight uptick in sales. Only time will tell if this trend moves forward and if we see continued appreciation. If you're an investor, this might be the time to trade up on a paid off property due to low interest rate, but that's another conversation.
