October continued with the historically low interest rates, they went to 2.84% on average, decreasing year over year by 24.3%. Plus, continued low inventory helped median prices for the four submarkets tracked: Burbank, North Hollywood, Studio City and Woodland Hills to appreciate substantially; All 4 markets kept on track and exceeded last year’s values from 7.9-14.4%. We now are at last year values and likely to continue for the foreseeable future.
